My mother was a resident at this facility. While most of the staff are outstanding, the leadership at this facility is very poor. While my mother was a resident the staff mismanaged her medication completely stopping one medication that was very important. When this was noted management blamed it on physicians orders but when pressed they could not produce a copy of the order. This was one of several medication errors. In the four months my mother was a resident there was not one bill that we received that did not need to be corrected due to errors. I would avoid this facility until there is a management change. Also I would like to note that one of the reviews was by the Sunrise director herself - rating her own facility as five stars, not very professional.
