Tender Personal Care Home Services

In 2013, my failing father moved into this home. In the summer of 2018 my mother moved here. The care given to the two most important people in my life was exceptional. The owner and all of the staff give the highest level of care possible for seniors. Prior to my parents living here, they resided at several other homes. The care elsewhere is substandard in comparison. Thank goodness there are some quality caregivers available to our loved ones.

I feel so blessed to have found such wonderful people as Mary and Daniel at Tender PCH #2 to take care of my Mom. They are people of high integrity and loving hearts and it shows each time I visit. Besides themselves, many of their extended family visit and participate with the residents in games and entertainment. My Mom is well-cared for and all her needs met. As well, Mary and Daniel are frequently in touch with me via text and phone to tell me how my Mom is doing, including pictures, as well as very responsive in answering any questions I may have. The staff is friendly and show great care for my Mom as well as the other residents. The home is very clean and always smells good, usually from something cooking on the stove. I enjoy visiting several times a week and feel very comfortable with the staff and the surroundings. My Mom sure does smile a lot and that makes me happy.

I am a licensed massage therapist and have been working with one of the patients at Tender Personal Care Home for five years. I have always experienced a warm and loving environment and often have thought that if either of my parents were to need a facility like this, this is where I would take them. Mary and the rest of the caregivers are wonderful. The attention and care they provide to each and every individual is beyond fabulous. The facility is extremely clean and the patients are well cared for, not to mention the fact there is something always good cooking in the kitchen!!!

Called to inquire about respite care for my dad and she told me she only offers day care... FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

Mary and Daniel have created an environment at Tender Personal Care Home that is comfortable and safe for the residents. We visit our family member multiple times a week, and because of our varying schedules at different times of the day, and the house is always clean and pleasant. We are always greeted at the door like family and often, there are good smells of a home-cooked meal coming from the kitchen. The residents eat their meals family style at a large table. Each resident has a television in their room and there is also a television in the great room for group viewing. In good weather, we often find the residents outside on the patio or in the gazebo. Holidays are celebrated in style with hats and special food! Our loved one has on-site medical visits and the medical personnel that come say this is the best personal care home they have seen. Hands Down, the best!, one of them said. While it is sometimes difficult to move a loved one into a place other than home, we feel that Tender Personal Care Home is the next best thing.
