This is a great facility. Never any smells, always a pleasant facility to visit.The staff is so friendly and helpful. The Residents seems to be their number 1 priority. My dad was here and we loved it. They made his last days a pleasure. Thank you Summers Landing , The Director and Staff are soooo friendly and mean business. If you are not their to work and help the residents then you are in the wrong place.

Deloris White provided very unprofessional service. High turnover rate of staff members. They rehired an employee that was previously fired. The plumbing system needs to be addressed. They lost their food supplier contract. Certain residents were hitting the staff members and needed to reside in a different home that was suitable with trained staff. Non certifed staff was distributing medication under Mrs. White leadership. Once Sharon left the overall care and sincere concern for the residents was just gone. Only 2 or 3 staff members were good and then they were gone or just quit. Staff members spent the night just because they didn't have a ride home. If you didn't frequent the home at least 4 days or more per week like we did to care for our Mom...you wouldn't exactly know about the home's level of care. I hope they have improved.

I worked here a while back,it was a very good experience.I was actually in the process of getting my med tech license.I'm pretty sure no one was able to pass out meds unlicensed.I was able to watch but never touch the cart nor KEY.Theres room to advance here and not just be stuck an CNA.I enjoyed it,to each his own though.

This community is under a very well run operation. When you are there it feels like home. The quality of care for each resident comes first. This community is small with more individualized attention from each staff member towards each resident. Each resident has their own individual room. This community is very clean, nice & tidy. OUIDA DAVIS
