This facility is not a place for people who are seriously ill or need intensive care. My loved one was paralyzed and on dialysis. She was ignored and disrespected. They do not monitor medications nor do they pay attention to orders from the hospital. If you do not visit on a daily basis, your loved one will probably die. On one occasion, my loved one had a high fever. I called 911 myself. They wanted me to wait until the NP came in. Had I not called 911, my love one would have died in the facility. The furniture looks like a cat or dog has clawed it. It is old!! The floors are not swept nor mopped and the roaches are bigger than your fist. If a patient can not eat, they just leave the tray and come back and pick it up. No one assists patients who can not care for themselves. They leave patients sitting in a chair for hours. Again, you have to visit EVERYDAY and if your loved one can not do for themselves, they are completely ignored. They only care for patients who can perform activities of daily living, i.e., walk, talk, bath self, dress self, feed self. If they have to do anything to assist a patient, it will not get done. The place needs to be completely renovated. They need to hire professionals who care, who are compassionate and who truly want to help all of the patients. Oh, be sure you know and monitor your loved one's medication. A nurse tried to give my loved one a medication that was not on her list. The staff simply do not care! They are rude, unprofessional, illiterate. There are a few and I do mean a very few, who really take care of the patients but 75% of the staff are rude and uncaring and do not do their jobs. The night shift does absolutely nothing. After dinner, you can't find a CNA and after 9, you can't find anyone. I took my loved one home! Unfortunately, if you have to place a loved one in an out of home placement, find a suitable place and check on them DAILY!

My husband was there from January to February, 2020, after a stroke. I do not recommend the rehab program for anyone, because they either do not know what they are doing, or just do not care. My husband was discharged a month after he was admitted, and his mobility did not change much. I did expect for him to be able to stand, and even take steps; however, he was not able to do either. Even if I was seeking a nursing facility for my loved one, this facility would not be a consideration.

My mother was here about two weeks ago. The care was unacceptable and they gave her the wrong medications. This happened for days and she had to go back to the hospital she was so sick. I wouldnt recommend this center to anyone.
