My Mother has. Even here for little over a week. When we first got here every thing was good but didn't take long to get worse. Weekends are terrible, very short handed and no one answering the emergency calls from rooms. Two days in a row I have found Mom with extremely wet and feces saturated super even to the extent of wetting all they through pad into mattrice t never any water or ice when I arrive just a terrible place. If I could rate this place at less than one, I would do it. A 'nursing' facility that fails to give patients their medications? When confronted about their failure to provide those medications, their so-called 'nurse' stated it wasn't her problem and walked away. They have been reported for failure to provide care.
