If I could rate less than 1 star I would. This place is awful. They treat the residents very poorly and they treat the guests worse. I visited the patients daily and would always bring people food, candy, drinks, I would even come in to just chat with some of the people. I have been searched 3 times entering this facility, none of the times have they found anything on me. They apologize each time yet they do it every time I come to the building. Never have I seen them search anyone else upon entering this facility. The 4th time they tried to search me it angered me enough to walk out, and I have not returned since. These people over stepped the boundaries and have violated MY rights. They are worried about people bringing drugs in when MORE than HALF the staff all smoke weed before they start their shifts. I have seen it with my own eyes and witnessed some of them buying wraps, then proceeding to smoke in the parking lot. The majority of their staff should be ashamed of themselves and they owe me an apology. If that staff would be drug tested, I know for FACT about 75% of them would fail. I will be filling a more formal complaint as well. Guests should never be treated this way. If they treat vistors with such a piss poor manner, imagine how they treat the patients here. They will know exactly who I am posting this, and I am sure they will come to my job and be rude to me like they always do and proceed to harrass me more. DO NOT put your family here for their sake, please.

I hope the person who owns this place never needs medical care for themself or those they love. It's a miracle the state hasn't shut this place down. The halls reak of urine and the conditions are appalling. I was able to walk through the front doors without being greeted by anyone. No locks, no security, it's absolutely disgusting. If you care for your loved ones, don't allow them in this dump. I'm disgusted after witnessing this location. Whatever insurance company allows this place to even be a spot for rehab or care.... Shame on you!!!!! PATHETIC!!!

Do not allow your aging relative to be sent here. My moms nurse ordered her port out on a Friday and it took them to the following Monday afternoon to get them to remove it. She sits in wet diapers for 24 hours. On January 22, 2022, the admissions administrator told my sister my mother was in code blue and she would call her back. When she called back she said my moms lips were blue and that the outlet that her oxygen was plugged into had short circuited. That was the last straw. We finally received authorization to move her today. No family could be happier to have their mother removed from this insane asylum.

Please do not settle and allow your loved one to stay in this facility. If you have to go to another city or nearest county to you, please search and visit the place before you commit your loved one.
