Retention Pond needs to be cleaned, grass in the Retention Pond has not been cut but one time since November 2016. There has been snakes seen, mosquitoes are horrible I cannot sit on my cement block and have a cup of coffee because of the mosquitoes. Tell management.... nothing happens. I'm scared to even get out there because of the mosquitos and the viruses that I can get.The embankment going toward the retention Pond is eroding, ground is uneven. This is a senior complex a lot of seniors here are uneven on their feet .That should be number one priority , to take care of their tenants. I guess because the Retention Pond is in the back and cannot be seen Water Tower cares less about it and the tenants that live in the back .
