Gardens of Gainesville is a wonderful Community! They have a very caring staff, delicious food, and great activities. The grounds and the building are both clean and beautiful. The marketing staff does an incredible job with families and is a wonderful help in navigating the best option. Annie is an absolute joy and does a phenomenal job with the residents. Ty always has the best plan for residents, works well with the families, and shows compassion and professionalism in her communication and work. Kathy and Martha throw terrific events for the residents and families. I always enjoy my time here!

My mom has been a resident of Gardens of Gainesville for 4 1/2 years, first in assisted living and most recently, in memory care. We have been so grateful to have such a caring place for her to reside. The facility is very clean and attractive, the food is always good, the regularly scheduled family events are fun and entertaining, and the staff is genuinely caring. Ty Stephens has been extremely helpful in making sure we are informed about and understand the best care plan for Mom. She is always available to talk and answer questions and she spends time really getting to know the residents and their needs. Kathy and Felicia do a great job of planning the monthly calendar of activities to provide meaningful, engaging activities for the residents. Anny has been great in helping us get adjusted to Moms new schedule in memory care. It is the staff and all the employees who make Gardens of Gainesville the caring place that it is and Im thankful we have a place like this in our community.

My precious Grandma lived at the Gardens for nearly a year and a half up until her passing. It was a wonderful place at first and although there are still some very sweet people working there (especially Cheyenne in the Bistro and Allen with maintenance), the level of care has really gone downhill, especially in the Bridge to Rediscovery (memory care) unit where my Grandma lived. They are extremely understaffed and underpaid, which results in many of the nurses not caring about their jobs and thus providing a poor level of care. I can name many examples of negligence and poor care that my family and I observed during my Grandma's stay at the Gardens. It is a very nice facility and I am grateful that my Grandma got to live there, but towards the end of her life the level of care got to be extremely poor and was definitely not worth the high price that we were paying to ensure that she got the best care possible.

I have been a employee of the gardens for three years in the memory care department and we take exceptional pride and Care of our residents we treat them as if they were our own family member, we are like one big happy family and Anny is the best director the residents and family members love her I couldnt have chose a better place to work at and there is some staff that works in memory care that has been there for 12yrs our company gives us constant training on dementia care and we take it and use it.. its not a walk in the park but every staff member that works in memory care love it and wouldnt trade it for anything.
