Parc at Duluth

This place is Awesome !!!! My mom moved from out of state & I had the task of finding an independent living place for her. Over the course of several months I visited many Senior Living establishments, multiple times. As well as reading lots of reviews ! Im so glad I make the right choice. Parc has been nothing short of amazing. From the concierge to Suzanne in sales, to Brad ( the general manager ) and everyone in between. It is a tight run ship. When I spoke to residents at other places, a common complaint was the food. Not the case here. My mom loves it... in fact I have eaten numerous times in the beautiful dining room and its great. My husband said she eats better there than we do at home... but I digress.... She also has a gluten allergy ( which was another concern for me ) however the chef sat down with her to make sure her needs are met. Although I do live close taking her to appointments and church are not always an option for me. She can easily get transportation without any problems. * I contrast Parc to the senior living place my dad was in Colorado- less than a year ago. There were nonstop problems. The food was lacking, service was terrible & the care was sub par and management couldnt get their act together. Granted the building was new & big but thats about all. Pretty sad.* Just wanted to give a daughters perspective for others who are going through a similar season in their loved ones lives.

this is a beautiful facility however to work there is totally different the one that's director it's not a nurse and is very unrelatable to the day-to-day operations in the medical Department she does not like to use agency for call outs so you never know what time you may get off work you may work doubles without notice it is not appreciated and no incentive is offered at all
