This is my second year of using Visiting Angels and each year, they get better and better. Kelly is an absolute fantastic care giver. She is prompt , professional, and very caring. She offers to help me with anything I need and she does so quickly and patiently. My dogs just lover her, which is a big plus. Thank you VA for having such wonderful caregivers available!

Very bad experience with this agency. We made a two-day reservation and were assured it was scheduled. Unfortunately they could not meet the obligation for the second day. They neglected to tell us this until 6 PM the day before service was to begin. Created more upset than necessary for my family.
