This company does not comply with ADA laws regarding service animals. Customer service is horrible, the transportation director doesnt even answer his phone. Extremely disappointed, will not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE I CALLED 2 WEEKS AGO FOR A RIDE TO MY DOCTORS I CALLED TODAY THEY CANCELED AND THEY SAID THEY CALLED FRIDAY BEVER DID I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN ON THERE WEBSITE IT SAYS CSLL UP BY 12 PM FOR NEXT DAY SERVICE THAN NOW THEY SAY A MONTH THANKS TO THEM I HAD TO CANCEL A HEAERT DOCTOR THESE PEOPLE YOU CAN NOT COUNT ON .
