I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome that my aunt received upon admission 2 weeks ago! The new management team has certainly implemented a strong plan to overcome prior mishaps. Staff seem happy and it shows in their interactions with the residents.

Upon touring the facility, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff. My mother initially started the adult daycare, which we both loved. Mom had a stroke in March resulting in her having to go to a rehab facility. After the stay at the rehab, she returned to Aspen Village as a full time resident. Everyone fell in love with my mother as did she fall in love with them. They treated us like we were family. Unfortunately, she recently passed away. All the staff embraced us like it was their immediate family. I have never received the care and love that was displayed through this facility. I really appreciate the care my mom received and the treatment that was extended to my family at a time that was most needed.I highly recommend this facility.

New management in the Culinary department has made drastic changes for the better. Mr. MacArthur has everything so organized, food taste great with every meal having 2 hot food choices plus homemade desert as well as having improved the way that serving staff can better serve the residents in a more stressfree environment. The general manager, Dorothy, always shows her face to not only the staff, but the residents reassuring them that she is there if she is ever needed. She is not scared to work side by side with her staff to ensure that residents get what is needed at anytime of the day. I am grateful to be apart of such a well maintained establishment. I give Aspen 5 stars. ..great job, Mrs. Dorothy, for all your hardwork in maintaining such a highly respected establishment.

They treat the staff like sh*t and they are underpaid, understaffed. Not set up correctly for staff breaks definitely needs to change!!!!
