I hate that place The care my friend receives is unacceptable If I could move her I would Someone with authority should come in and clean house starting with whomever is in charge

I have been an employee of Riverside Healthcare twice. The first time was from 2006-2013. During my time with this facility I was trained, educated and built up. I received fair pay increases and was promoted several times. My second time under employ was from 2017-2019 during that time I was promoted twice and was further educated in the field of marketing and from that was qualified to accept my new position as I am moving from the area. My experience has been a pleasant one! There have been some executive changes over the years and with that there were some service failures but I can honestly say the team that has came in is resident focused, fair and working hard to make this the best place you can take your loved one. Please before you judge by reviews come meet the team and tour the facility and if you are looking for a place to work, they will take you under their wing and train you and lift you up! I am very grateful for my time with Riverside Healthcare and I think you would be too!

The worst job I've ever had in my 16 years of skilled nursing. The most rude, unprofessional, messy people I've ever come in contact with. This place will forever be a one star roach and rat infested dump. I feel bad for the residents because the are the ones who suffer the most. From being treated like garbage by trashy care givers, to their pain meds being stolen, not enough staff to care for them and a company that really doesn't care as long as they make money but won't spend money to pay the bills to make sure they have things they need like oxygen, proper equipment. I would not recommend this place as an place of employment or a place to bring your loved one. They treat new comers (staff and residents) like garbage. The sad part is nobody in charge cares. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I am a employee at this company for over a year now and have grown with the building. I have received excellent training in long term care. This facility gives you the opportunity to grow within wellington. Teamwork is demonstrated in all areas of the building. Our residents are my family and are taken care in a holistic way. Riverside has grown into a professional and ethical facility. There is a high standard set to be employed at this facility. Our residents come first.
