The new ownership has updated their food supplies and their bathtubs so they are walkin tubs. I noticed a new sign up and the staff is very caring and the person in charge is very loving to the residents.

Southern Heritage and other Medicaid facilities have been recently purchased by new owners. Since this purchase the facilities have been upgraded with new furniture in the living and dining rooms. My Momma has dementia/alzheimer's and has been a resident for several years at Southern Heritage. I have a personal relationship with the Administrator as well as the Certified Nursing Assistants and I never worry about the care provided to my Momma. This has definitely given me peace of mind knowing that her care is top-notch! If you are looking for a place for your Mom or Dad, please stop by and tour this facility. You will be impressed!
