Apartments are clean, solidly built, modern, aesthetically pleasing, spacious, well located, with medical alarm & fire sprinkler systems, all electric, elevators, large patios, community center with exercise room & library, center courtyard with pavilions & grills . Neighbors are friendly, quiet, private, respectful, helpful, with a wide & interesting range of talents, interests, hobbies, etc. The staff are professionals with the knowledge required for the special needs of an senior community. They are courteous, thorough & caring. I am thrilled & thankful to live here. I love this place!

I know a lot of residents out here, I have a relative out here as well so, I've seen the issues first hand. There is a serious mold problem in these apartments. It's on the walls, gets on residents furniture, clothing and they breathe it. When residents say something about it, and these elderly people are constantly trying to clean it, management tells them they shouldn't open their windows or doors because that's what's letting the mold in. People need fresh air. And they shouldn't have to live in a building constructed with shoddy materials. I give Hummingbird Point one star for it's convienient location to Walmart.
