I was a volunteer in this community before COVID-19 and I think they do a great job. They have made a lot if improvements. The people there are happy. They need to update the furniture. That is the only negative thing I have seen.

My husband had early onset dementia. (56) When he became unable to stay by himself while I worked, I hired a home health aid.That worked for a while but the hallucinations grew too severe.I placed him with Cedar Hill in Cedartown, GA in October.Two 10 day trips to the psych unit in Rome, (to get his meds right) stitches to the back of his head and 2 busted teeth later...Not to mention he had lost about 40 lbs and was no longer walking when I removed him from their 'care' in April. Six months was all it took to neglect him badly...Do not leave your loved one there!
