Donna, the activities director, does a great job keeping the residents involved with all of the events at Manor Lake. If you meet her, you can tell that she truly cares about each person and their wellbeing. Its evident that she loves her job and everyone there. You can be assured that she and the staff will take good care of your loved one.

Management is terrible at this place. They are constantly using staffing agencies so you hardly ever see the same employees more than a few days.. I would not leave any one that I love here in their hands... my loved one was forgotten for a meal more than once, they gave her double of her medicine which was extremely dangerous, we were constantly lied to and told something different by every person. Every employee we spoke to would tel us the cause of the issues was because they were understaffed and then we would talk to management and would be told that they werent, and when we tried to discuss al of these issues with Kristen the main director, our issues were never resolved nor given the time of day. She does a terrible job at running this place and the best thing the owner could do at this point is get rid of her... and then start hiring themselves instead of using staffing agencies.. thank God we saw how terrible this place was and quickly moved my grandmother to a safer and much better place before anything worse happened..

Kristen Lockwood is great! She is super helpful and extremely knowledgable! Very pretty community and great staff.

Our father was in a great senior living facility but they were not meeting all of his needs, such as daily monitoring, checking his diabetes blood sugar level, and providing on-site medical assistance. We toured several assisted living facilities and found Manor Lake to be far superior to the others and at a very competitive rate. Moving him to Manor Lake was a breeze. His phone, TV cable, and utilities (all included in the rent) were already set up so we didnt have to transfer any of his accounts. They make sure that he gets to the dining room (great chef) and takes his medications and exercises daily..all monitored and logged in electronically. They even check his blood sugar and manage his prescriptions! The manager, nurses, and cleaning staff are the best and our father absolutely loves living at Manor Lake! It is such a sense of relief to know that he is getting the best care possible. Thank You Manor Lake!
