No heat / air vents in bathrooms or closets. Residents cold when bathing. Investors not willing to spend money to correct but building new facilities in Atlanta. Do not move your loved one here. Check other Retreat facilities prior to signing contract.

Wonderful community with a great ability to connect with their residents. ED has been there over 7 years which is amazing in this industry.Great location, elevated from the main road and convenient to everything!!

Ivy Springs Manor is a beautiful community and located very close to the Mall of Georgia. They have a great activities program and the ED has been there for a very long time. The community was very clean and the residents all seems very engaged and happy!
