When my aunt's dementia became severe enough to necessitate a move to a memory care facility, we did copious amounts of research into the best place for her. Not only does HomeLife have a beautiful facility, it also has the kindest staff imaginable. The administration has been incredibly welcoming and amenable to our specific requirements, despite the complexities of moving her in under the restrictions of COVID-19. They have been very knowledgeable and professional, but what impressed us most is the genuine care every staff member has for their residents. They provided every service we needed, including a secure memory care wing where my aunt can receive assistance with her daily activities.  It is the nicest, cleanest facility I have ever seen, and its location in a beautiful wooded area with a small lake is so serene. We struggled so much with the decision to take my aunt out of her home, but after visiting HomeLife and seeing the way they take care of their residents as if they were family, we are so glad that we've found a caring, comfortable, safe home for her. I highly recommend HomeLife for anyone looking for quality memory care unit, or just a nice assisted living facility, anywhere close to Brunswick.

Had a friend that lived there for 2 years. She always spoke about the staff there being excellent. Loved living there always called it home.

My Mom has lived at Homelife on Glynco for a little over a year in an assisted living apartment and she loves it there! We couldn't ask for any sweeter caregivers, nurses, staff, activity directors and management. The food and kitchen staff are great...we've eaten lunch with her in the dining room many times. The grounds are quiet and well kept and the huge front veranda with it's rocking chairs will draw you in! Mom has the smallest of the apartments, but she has plenty of room for her bed, a large chest of drawers, a large nightstand, bookcase, recliner, and there's room for a small sofa! We were so blessed to have found such a caring environment for Mom!Thank you, Homelife!

Promised so much to get us there and fell through to the point we had to leave. Many times not enough staff to cover shifts! Skimpy meals. Undertrained staff to assist residents with needs. If a person truly needs 'ONLY' a roof and a meal. They should be fine. But if they need anything further, 'RECONCIDER'!
