They have a bug problem a big one. They have rats in the kitchen. The nurse had to get it so the kitchen can cook breakfast. House keeping really don't keep clean like they should. The DON and front office chick is rude. I wouldn't put my love one there. They don't even have enough staff to care for them. In the back for memory lost at breakfast and lunch certain ones can't have drinks like the others. That's abuse all day long.

They don't have enough staff to care for the residents because the staff is uncared for and underpaid. They expect the staff to come to work sick and unwell. The people from the agencies are mean to the residents and I'm sorry, but I wouldn't put my worst enemy in that place.
