I would put no stars but that wasnt an option. Be careful. Buyer beware. My 97 year-old Mother was hoping this would be the place for my 65 year-old brother. He had a stroke two years ago and we finally made the very difficult decision to find him a good place to live. She has been his primary care giver for the past two years. Of course they just gushed with how great it was going to be. He was in there THREE days and had to be taken to ICU where he stayed for a week and a second week in a regular room. Now he is in a re-hab facility trying to get back what he lost in the last couple weeks. She paid $6000 dollars to get him in there. When we called to let them know he would not be back they said absolutely no refund. NOTHING. She went to pick up the few things he had and they couldnt even give her a bag to put his things in. A nurse finally found a grocery bag. So today she gets another bill for $4000 dollars listing food he never ate and a haircut? They told her she could come sleep there and eat the food for a month. Who does that? Obviously we will pay for those three miserable days and the $2000+ Processing fees. All I can say to people out there looking for this type of care is be careful you cannot trust anybody anymore.

I CAN NOT say enough about the staff at this facility. Took excellent care of my Mama . She definitely gave them some difficult times but the staff was always loving and treated her with respect. Most importantly, I had the peace of mind that she was in good hands and I could enjoy being her daughter instead of the parent. My Mama lived in the assisted living section for about a year and a half then we moved her to the memory care area until we had to move her to a nursing home. We were all sad to move her out. Love you all at Atria of Mableton.
