Used to be wonderful. Then Holiday bought them and everything went to hell. Chef quit. Said could not make meals with such a low budget. Very expensive. $4000 one bedroom. Been locked down since March even though Independent Living. Crazy amount of money for zero services.

My 94 year old mother has lived here for the last 18 months. It is a great place for seniors to be. Their apartments are sunny and spacious and the grounds are well-tended and safe for walking. Their staff and management personnel are kind and caring. Although it is an assisted living facility, Iris Place is very flexible and thinks outside the box.
