I worked there and experienced poor treatment,overworked staff and witnessed a lot of abuse to the clients ,when I complained they started making problems for me... I quit ,so they made up a lie saying I was insubordinate to a sales person who was rude to me after I complained to office staff about the abuse and neglect there...it looks nice but look closer...

Manager came in room without even knocking and no apologies. The reminder of the staff was great. The last time I posted this it was deleted!

Everytime we visit Sunrise, the staff is very kind and attentive. The residents seem healthy and happy and seem to have good relationships with the staff. It's warm and inviting with beautiful decorations. Security is good with locked outside doors. Everything about our visits is pleasant and we always look forward to returning.

My father moved to Sunrise Ivey Ridge and we could not be happier with everything. He requires quite a bit of assistance but every time I go he is dressed well, clean, and his room is spotless. They even make his bed every day. The people that work there are extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. My Dad was previously in a nursing home that was like an insane asylum. This place is the Ritz comparatively. The food is good and they have daily activities for the residents. I can't say enough positive things about Sunrise.
