I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They offer very little to no assistance to the residents. Call bells go unanswered for hours. They are understaffed and treat people like they are a prisoner in their room. There are no scheduled activities for residents and they are not allowed to leave the facility for necessary errands. The food is grossly unhealthy and they wont even supply fresh towels unless you ask. Most of the residents here are not capable of filing complaints to the necessary authorities so things just keep getting worse.

My mother was here a very short time. Her room was hot and they NEVER washed her clothes or her for that matter. Her room always smelled like urine. I truly believe this facility shortened my mothers like. She was miserable. It looks so nice and they charm you and then once in. Wow. Rude staff. Residents fighting and belongings come up missing. Random residents would come and go out of my mothers room. Never can get anyone on phone that would help. Complete disregard for any concerns. Took SO LONG to get meals in dining room. My mother would sit there for over an hour to get some cheap chicken nuggets and cold veggies. DO NOT being your loved ones here. I beg you. Good luck
