Unfortunately in October or November last year Spring Haven changed how they handle their Concierge Service. One of the services they provide is shopping for my 95 yo mother each week for her staples (milk, cereal, etc..) . At first after the change they would just miss a week here and there, now it is rather regular for them to miss two weeks at a time. When you call you are told someone will get back to you and you never hear back. As an example yesterday my mother called down to the office and no one responded to her. Today I called and am presently waiting. When they missed two weeks in February I called, and never heard back, I had to drive over (I live in another town) to get an answer. Well here we are again, two weeks and no service.

Tenants seem active and happy However When we voiced concern about a lived one's pain Who NEVER complains the nurse in off ice said it was all in his head.. cold hearted for sure
