No communication between staff. Mass confusion. Rooms are beautiful, but does not make up for the lack of care, the lack of knowledge, and the lack of following Dr.s orders.

My aunt wanted to go to NuVista for their reknowned great care but unfortunately it just changed ownership and is now terrible. She had a male attendant check her in and he kept trying to inappropriately pull up her gown to check her blood pressure. Day 1 they took her to the diningroom and then forgot her there (we came to visit and found her alone in the diningroom). Day 2 they took her to the diningroom for a meal but she never got any food and again they forgot her there. Maybe not so bad because they have carelessly driven her injured leg into both walls and doors. They are extremely slow to respond to 'calls' and very busy chatting together in the hall about taking guest snacks for themselves. So if you stay here hide a notebook so you can document the issues you're bound to experience. Very sad.

The staff is amazing at this facility I mean everyoneJenniffer our social worker kept us informed at all time also shared advice as we asked The place is very clean it does not smell like most rehabs the level of cleanliness is very much a priority along with patient care and customer service overall This is the second time my mother-in-law has been here. We tried to get her into assisted living but they had no vacancy at this time Kelli was wonderful with providing information and optionsFred did weekly calls to update us as wellI cant say enough nice things about this place
