Would not recommend. My,father was moved to Harbor Chase from the hospital. My mother and I called everyday and if we were able to get to a nurse we were not given any information just 'canned answers' . If the phone is answered you are transferred to others that do not answer and you can not, leave a message. Leaving a message with the reception desk is an option but you do not get called back. Today my dad tested positive for covid. Harbor chase was transferring him to a covid facility yet NOBODY ever contacted any family. We only knew when the new facility called. Found out this happened to 3 other families today alone. NOT acceptable.

Harbor Chase gave me physical therapy twice a day even on the weekends. When I first arrived, my pain was great and Harbor Chase saw my pain and told the doctor so my pain medicine could be increased. The staff cared about me and everyone else at the facility. I was treated with respect and I felt the staff became my friends. I loved the entertainment and the games. I would not hesitate to recommend Harbor Chase.Mary Myers

Deceptive. Units have microwave and small dorm size refrigerator in room but no sink!!Soup dishes coffee cups have to be washed in bathroom sink. Clearly unsanitary. Staff cites patient bill of rights to dismiss their obligation of duty of care. Understaffed. Sewer smell throughout second floor. Medicines left in rooms for residents to take without supervision. (Even though we pay extra for prescription monitoring). No communication between management and residents. Three GMs in 5 months. You can do better for your loved one.

Mom was first in assisted living for several years and then to acute care.over time, quality of care deteriorated and poor pharmaceutical billing cost me nearly tengrand and no help or follow-up by facility. Got so bad that we moved her.
