Im actually currently staying here...I was sent for rehab due to an injury. Let me just start by saying that I had been here for 4 hours before anyone knew I was here and that was only because I hit the call button and someone finally came in. Im a diabetic and Ive now been here for 48 hours and have not been given a single dose of either my fast acting or long acting insulins. I have yet to be put back on my I.V. antibiotics despite the fact that they arrived this morning and it is now after 8pm and everytime Ive hit the call button for help its been a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes before anyone comes. The food portions are small at best and lets just say the quality is no better. On an upnote I do like the physical therapy team but thats just not enuff for me to suggest anyone sending your loved ones to this facility unless changes are made !Heres an extra side note for example...its currently 1am and the alarm on my I.V. pump has been going off loudly for almost an hour...I hit my call button when it started....no one has come !

Horrible environment. They dont give enough food and the whole building smells of urine. The staff has an attitude and no clue whats going on

My disabled wife ended up spending a month here post spinal surgery. 80% of the staff are lazy agency workers that dont give a hoot about the residents. They play around all day and night and scoff when someone needs something. Some even call residents derogatory names. Therapy department was great and there were a handful of regular employees that actually cared about doing their job and the patients. For a place with a 5 star JHACO rating, they sure fall way short of that.

My mom was here for a month with a broken hip and her care and rehab was good compared to other facilities I have been too.
