Caring facility. Staff works very hard to support and love each resident. The facility itself is gorgeous.

Facility looks very nice inside, but the Management Staff has had a lot of turnover, and the Wellness program is poor. You need a strong manager with good communication skills, good critical thinking skills and a good team builder to be sure staff provide good consistent care to the residents. Did not see good consistent care, and was told by the Wellness Director that we could not review medical records of our family member ( was Health proxy), since they were internal documents only (this was violation of HIPAA). You will have to be there everyday to assure medical needs are met for your family member. Also cleanliness is inconsistent. Would not use this facility again.
