Unqualified Management
Memory Care Director, Sameka is extremely unprofessional. Instead of building up her team (care staff). She is more concerned with tearing the care staff down. Sameka bothers the nurses 24/7 because she does not know anything about nursing. Barely helps the caregivers on the floor. But constantly talks down on both the nurses and caregivers about what they're not doing right. Instead of thanking her team, Sameka is more concerned with getting her team fired and being jealous of her team due to her own insecurities.

Possibly the nicest assisted living facility in Tallahassee

Considering that the nursing department (Nurses and CNAS) work 12 hour shifts (7A-7P, 7P-7A). We don't get enough credit. 7A-7P does the most work and is a hectic shift. Instead of being showed gratitude. Certain department directors are more concerned with nitpicking about every single thing that isn't done. When in fact the nursing staff should be thanked and appreciated for all the hard work that is getting done.
