Run away from this place. Very little empathy from management. Total incompetence from the Director of Nurses. I wish I could remember her name. I tried to forget and I did. I should had sued them for neglect of mother. These facilities sell you their manicured patios, organized activities, and transportation to shop etc. Don't buy it! they could care less,. the bottom line is to make money.

I just recently started working at Brookdale Bay Pines and within the short time I have worked here, I have never felt more at home! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The administration and staff treat the residents like family, and they have gone out of their way to help each and everyone of them feel at home. The facility is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff is absolutely wonderful to work with!

Tremendous culture of caring, from the directors to the nurses to the CNAs. My mother was a resident for almost 4 years and we always counted ourselves lucky that we found such a wonderful place.
