I really dont even know where to start!!!! I cant thank the management, all the wonderful staff, as well as the residents whom are an absolute joy!!!! Management and staff really have gone over and beyond to provide the best care for my Mother and the other residents that live there!!!! Everyone is always looking out for one another like family!!! It is truly a blessing to have found such a wonderful home for my Mother to live where I dont have to worry!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work and loving care that has truly created such a wonderful family atmosphere!!!! Julie

This Building Is POORLY Ran And OVER PRICED The Residents Are Not Receiving Proper Care . When Asking The Aides For Care They Act As If Its A Bother And Not Their Jobs Even Though My Aunt Was Farely Independent They Have No Compassion ! The Aides Are ALWAYS Walking Around With Their CELLPHONES Out Texting And Talking In The Common Resident Areas (IVE SEEN THIS , Mutiple Times ) And No One Has Addressed Either Issue We Expressed The Lead Nurse Dan Always Seem To Be Aggravated When Expressing Care And Dont Even Bother Expressing Anything To Scott He Has No Compassion Hes A Money Man ! Luckily We Found My Aunt Nice And Compassionate Facility . Come Join Us At The Princess Martha .

Grandvilla is a beautiful facility! Resident's are always well taken care of and the staff are amazing!!

When my parents declined very suddenly and we needed immediate assistance, I began looking for facilities online. This was not ideal, but being across the country, this was my best way to find out my options. After reading about Grand Villa, I called and spoke with Scott (executive director). He and Carla (leasing director) were extremely helpful. They immediately began working with me and my family to get my parents an apartment as soon as possible. Because I had not seen the facility in person, I was prepared to walk away if the facility did not meet my standards. On the contrary, the facility and its staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Once I moved my mother in (dad was still hospitalized) the residents were very welcoming and expressed, unprompted, how much they liked Grand Villa and its staff. They also praised Scott, the executive director. The grounds are lovely, the food is good, the staff is kind and helpful, there are numerous activities of every kind. The doctor that works closely with Grand Villa is also excellent! Every concern of mine about my parents care was heard and promptly addressed. It gives me great comfort to know that the staff of Grand Villa is caring for my parents very well! They live up to their motto, Looks like home, feels like family!
