Bloom at St. Petersburg

This community is truly one of the best in Pinellas County. They are very caring and compassionate for not only their residents but their staff. When they say it starts from the top that could not be a more accurate statement for this community. Their administrator Dustin is truly passionate about the care the residents receive and taking care of his staff. He has taken on so many roles during this unusual time that we are in, while still smiling and being a positive influence for those he serves. If youre seeing this dont forget those who are serving your loved ones and the love ones of our Pinellas County Community. Kindness goes a long way.

First of all our Dad never got to stay at this facility that's because he recently passed away. But it was our hope that our Dad could have stayed there his last few years of his life, but he didn't. The staff of Christina and Justin are amazing. Christina actually has her grandmother at Bloom in St. Pete. No nursing home is ever going to be perfect - but this one is perfect in love and kindness. They worked very hard to keep it affordable for our Dad's needs. They went over and above to make sure his room was set up with all his needs. Then when they heard our Dad passed away - I tried to get Dads belongings back and just couldn't do it so Christina just loaded everything up and brought it to me. Not to mention she was concerned that we couldn't cook either and was willing to bring food. OK folks lets be honest - this company cares and their people are so caring and compassionate - isn't that what you want for your parents. Im just so sorry Dads last days were in a rehab and hospital during Covid - we did get to say goodbye to him but we had to demand it. He went so quick - be your best advocate for your parents and bring them here.

This is one of the best communities and companies I have had the privilege to work for. The owners are involved, honest, and truly live by doing the right thing by our residents. We employ a great team of directors and staff that have our residents and families best interest at heart. We take great pride in ensuring our residents are well cared for and have an amazing quality of life. I would recommend Bloom at St. Pete above any other ALF in the area.

My mother has recently moved into Bloom and she has been taken care of like she were their own family member. They are in communication with me (next of kin) and go above and beyond other facilities. I have a close friend whose brother is a resident and he has been well taken care of there as well. Both of our family members require special care and these folks provide special care! Thank you Bloom and owners, all the Healthcare staff, Christina, and Dustin for all you do!

The management and staff at Bloom of St. Pete. are wonderful. They are very caring and have gone out of their way to make my dad's stay at Bloom a positive experience! It was a hard transition for him, but everyone is so helpful, and make him feel at home. The food is delicious; have enjoyed many good meals there with my dad. The facility is very clean, and the grounds are well-kept. I highly recommend Bloom; they really do care about their 'family'.
