Fabulous place.Terrific temperature controlled pool. So it is cool in the summer and just right in the dead of winter. The pool is never crowded so swimming or just cooling off with a cold beer is great.Great exercise room. If working out is your thing, this is the place. Many people jog or bike for exercise.Plenty of young single people, so if you want to hook up, this is the place. Lots of wild pool parties all year.Most of the people here are young and active. Lots of parties into the late night. Many residents still work so the place seems empty during the day, but weekends are pretty wild!Now the down side. This is TRUMP territory, and so is the county, about 87% Republican. However, most of them are fairly nice and won't bother you. The town is pretty friendly, but they don't like outsiders, or people telling them they are hillbillies etc.The HOA fees are fairly steep now, but once the Builder leaves they should go down a lot.

Just a good old Family Cookout

Went on a tour in January I find these to be cheaply made apartments labeled as a condo. A new unit has many ceiling patches and bad paint job. Skylights were covered in green mold as maintenance has not been kept up on keeping them clear and fresh looking. Ammenities were attractive but are useless now with an extrodinary HOA fee.
