My husband, who is deep into Alzheimers, had to be accepted and admitted in one day. Symphony admin was so kind and helpful in that respect. He has been there awhile now and he is doing so well. The CNAs and nurses have such a good, positive attitude. They have been so well trained in how to handle all the care, physical and mental, for Alzheimers patients. It isnt an easy job, but I have observed nothing but professional, positive attitudes and processes.

Symphony has been a welcoming and encouraging environment for our entire family during a very challenging time. The staff are so caring and positive, and they take the time to really understand the residents and how to best help. They communicate frequently and openly, and encourage family involvement. The facility is clean and well-kept. Symphony and their staff have made a positive impact on our difficult journey with dementia!

My mom moved in about a month ago, very impressed with the constant activities and environment of the building. No one is ever bored and employees are well trained. The staff is so amazing and shows real compassion towards each resident. Care is very individualized and its very clean. Nothing like other assisted livings Ive visited. I couldnt imagine a better place for mom.

Jill Hecker at Symphony was amazing to work with during the placement process for my Mom. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and made the process much easier for our family during this difficult time. This facility has an exceptional activities program to keep the residents busy during the day. The Activities Director, Anna truly has a great deal of energy and compassion and gets the residents involved in this program and creates many special moments. I don't think you can find a more caring staff helping your loved one on a daily basis. I visit daily and can attest that this facility is kept extremely clean. Also, the receptionists are very friendly and diligent keeping your loved one safe from walking out of the facility. Not every assisted living facility out there is set up this way. All of the staff is extremely helpful whenever questions are asked. Thank you to all the staff for all of your tireless efforts caring for all the residents. As a caregiver, I know life isn't always easy when dealing with someone needing memory care. The staff does it with fun and a great love for their residents. Visit and see for yourself all the benefits of Symphony at St. Augustine. D. Bicki
