As a Home Health Nurse I have been coming to Forest Oaks for over 14 yrs now , the staff has always been warm and caring to their residents . Mona is honest and compassionate with the families and their loved ones that come tour , Forest Oaks feels like home to me !! Siobhan has done an amazing job organizing family drive by parades thru the parking lot for families to see their loved ones and other activities for the residents ! The entire staff have gone above and beyond to keep their community Covid 19 -free! My grandkids love to attend the activities that were open to the public before covid !!

Forest Oaks is a great facility, staff is caring and makes the residents feel like they are home. activities provided daily, with celebrations for special occasions. everyone is friendly, and helpful from the administrator to the housekeeping.

Beware of this place ! Most of the staff are rude, uncaring, and only worried about the money. My parent is a current resident and has been moved multiple times and the special dietary needs are never met. The overnight shift doesnt even have the capability to take sugar readings to ensure patient health. My parent has been sent to the hospital multiple times for UTI, falls, sugars, and cough/congestion. Lindsey, Mona, Steve, and Liberty treat my parent wonderfully, but some, specifically Audrey are so rude and uncaring its just sad to think that they treat patients that way.

Forest Oaks Assisted Living is like home. The staff is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They treat residents just like family.

Barbarita Velasquez is an awesome medtech my grandfather lives here and she always make sure he's well groomed and well taken care of. She goes beyond her call of duty and her residents are her first priority Thank you for everything you do BarBarita!!
