Tried to call my husband but no reply from his room. The lovely receptionist put me on hold and enquired with nurses why no reply. Problem solved, very caring staff who dont just accept he didnt answer, they investigate why. Thank you.

This is not a place you would send someone youLove and care about. Be aware when someone in the hospital recommendsThis place. Nursing assistants rude, rough, very slow answering call bell.No one should have to wait over 15 ministers to use the bathroom.The food poor, you almost never got what was om menu. When asked forCertain item for a meal to be on tray, not there. One meal you couldn't evenCut the meat, when it was suppose to fall off bone. Going to the Administrator Repeated times was no help. Please dont let the beautiful buildings and lobby fool you ! What a nightmare and horrible experience . They dont care about patients needs , waited for over 2 hours to get a ice bag. The management and the nurses care systems were just awful ! !

I work for a primary care office. I called and asked for some patient information. The lady that answered the phone was rude and had no customer service skills. She was very short and hung up before I could even finish talking. Very disappointed in the lack of telephone etiquette.

I would not recommend. My room was dirty, the LPNs were, with one exception, sullen to rude, the food was excruciatingly bad ( I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks), and no one ever changed my sheets. The only bright spot was physical therapy; the therapists were great. I complained in a letter after I left and was never contacted. It was a nightmare experience.
