This assisted living facility is beautiful! The facility itself is welcoming and very modern. And the location is probably the best part! It is located right on Lake Monroe in the heart of Historic Downtown Sanford. Walking distance to many incredible restaurants and boutique shops. Loved it!

Incredible view. I would live there. From the front deck facing Lake Monroe you can see both sunrise and sunset. Pure peace. I attended the Dusty Shoe tour this month to see the building before it opens. Everything was beautifully done. The location is close to downtown Sanford and the restaurants, bars and theater. Everyone says location, location, location. This place has it!
