I don't recommend sending your loved ones to this place. Maria likes to cut corners by hiring the least help as possible so that means the residents are really getting the care they need. She wants you to follow the menu but there is hardly any food. One resident requires being fed but hardly gets to eat because one staff member is not enough to work alone a whole shift. One male resident will always fall because there's not enough staff to keep an eye on everyone. Look into somewhere professional to take your elderly loved ones.

This place is horrible the manager Maria abuses her workers, doesnt care about her patients because shes only worried about taking the money from her clients. Medicine has been missing at her possession and blames her workers. Acts like shes on drugs. Mind you her boyfriend doesnt work there but is always there sleeping in the office and is verbally abusive to the workers. This comment at the bottom is her daughter which is so fake because Maria abuses her mother in law and nobody doesnt care but the workers. The owner doesnt pay well unless Maria is stealing the money. This place is a disaster, I would never bring my family member unless I wanted them to die in her possession. She is very fraudulent also trying to give advice to her workers on making fake pay stubs to get free medical insurance. This place is a disgrace. The care here is how this woman runs it and patients dying when employees are telling you someone is sick for a long time is neglectful. Please do your research ASAP !!!!!

My mom has been a resident since they opened. Has her own bedroom. Maria and her staff are excellent. My mom gets individual care. Staff takes care of the meds. They go out on outings. The food is home cooked. I had only one problem with a rude employee. Maria took care of it. The person was fired as she was very rude to me and the other residents family. The night staff is very good. I highly recommend Entrusted Care.The 1 star review is NOT true. Maria treats her staff with respect. I am very happy with Entrusted Care and with Maria and her staff for taking care of my mother. She has been there since she opened and things have been going well Ronald Hulse

My step dads mom moved from NY to Fl last year. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer and Dementia 5 years ago and we were seeking for the best place to put her in that specializes with her situation. Maria and care staff gave us the assurance that we needed that she will be in great hands and also gave her the proper knowledge about the treatment and care shell be receiving. Very happy and content with this place
