Expect them to decline your patient or your relative. Said that we could pay at a later date , then declined her the day of moving in. Owner andrea also told me she Hope's i crash my car. She should probably go to hell.

My mom is 85 and needed dementia care. After months of searching around palm beach county, we found Andrea and Hibiscus Palace and it was a perfect fit. My mother has been improving and enjoys the staff and other residents. When we visit her, we appreciate the cleanliness and homey atmosphere. We're so grateful.

I've worked closely with the owner of the Hibiscus Palace's for many years and have only experienced a capable and empathetic person. She goes above and beyond making sure her clients are taken care of and has never hesitated to remove staff that didn't treat her clients the way all vulnerable human beings deserve to be treated. My mother is sadly reaching the age where she may need an ALF and I will hassle Andrea as much as possible to get her into one of these homes lol
