Horrible experience. Previous review stating its not what it pretends to be on target. Mom was at the Tuscany Villa house. I was there every day to see my Mom and every day was another issue. Perfect example. 2 days before we moved out found Mom without hearing aids (after repeated requests to owner & various aides that she had to have them on to function), skin ice cold not wearing the sweater I had laid out for her the night before, and not wearing the shoes I also laid out. Aide completely oblivious. Excuse from aide was 'I'm new.'

My cousin was at Tuscany House. All the CNAs I met were very helpful & pleasant. The house was meticulously clean & so were the other residents. They seemed very happy.

Tuscany house is not what it proports to be. Middle of the road. Not great but not the worst.
