My son had an interview here to work in the kitchen, for which he was excited. Upon arrival, he was treated terribly told right away 'Nevermind' that he would not be a good fit for them. To be rude and disrespectful to a young college student is uncalled for. At the very least, he should have been treated with professionalism and human decency. I can only imagine they would do the same to prospective residents. He's a good kid, so I'm glad he doesn't have to work with people like that.
