I am very pleased with the service at this facility so far. They very l accommodating to our needs and delivered service with a smile. They assured me that my mom's health, safety and satisfaction were their main concern. This facility is well kept each time I have visited, varying in times, demonstrating a true open door policy. Finally, I can have peace of mind. The administrators, nursing staff, maintenance, laundry staff are all a cut above. Thank you

My mom was a patient. The response to medical concerns are slow and inadequate. Was told by head nurse if waiting to see the nurse practioner the next day was not good enough, my mom should have gone to a facility near the hospital or something. When I thought my mom's issue was an emergency they waited over four hours to transport her to the hospital. Found those in charge to be rude, cold hearted and callous. LG Bouie
