Beautiful ambiance, Very bright and large windows over looking a lake. Very high ceilings, and the whole place has lovely white walls and Turquoise furniture. Dining rooms spacious and bright completely open to the social area with views of the Atrium with a water fountain, and access to the lake windows as well. My Mother has been there about 2 years, which is almost the tim Watercrest has been open. She now lives in there Memory Care wing. As her Dementia has progressed. The Staff is very caring and confident, performing there duties with great care to the Residents needs. They have a lovely dining room overlooking there Atrium which is also available for out side walks and sitting. The residents rooms are kept clean by an excellent staff, and laundry is also done for them. The staff distributes there medications according to the way there Doctors have requested. They go on Field Trips on there resident Bus, which can also take the Assisted living residents as well as Memory care residents to Doctor appointments, if there is something that can not be done by there qualified Staff. I feel very fortunate that this Residence was built so close to where my Mother used to live.

I have worked in Assisted Living for 12 years now. It is a very unique and special career to be a part of residents and families lives daily. As Resident Wellness Director, resident care, safety, and comfort are very important to me.Residents can be as independent as they are able to be and have the peace of mind that we are there for them when they need assistance. Im also a family member with my dad living at Watercrest. He has adapted quickly and enjoys the entertainment and food! I thank everyone that cares for my dad and treats him with respect and compassion. This gives me peace of mind to know he is safe and happy! Thank you!
