This community is full of warmth, joy and peace for families and residents! The very best in Pensacola!

After a long and disappointing search for a memory care facility that would take mom (cervical collar and fall risk), I found Your Life. Immediately impressed with staff and facility. You must see how they use technology to provide a greater level of care! Activities and engagement everywhere. Moving mom in on Tuesday and can't wait. Thank you Suzy, Josh, and Tammie.

During the 2 1/2 years my mom lived here, there were 6 Executive Directors, 8 Nursing Directors, 4 Activity Directors, 2-3 Management Companies, missed medications, 2 1/2 weeks without heat in my mom's room during the winter, a scabies outbreak, frequent mildew in her toilet, and one incident of unexplained bruising. We stayed because of a few great employees (Janice, Dawn, Tracey, Deborah, Shavon, Gwyn) a nice, home-like floor plan with fun activities [thanks Kim!], and because each new director promised me it would get better. The last two nursing directors stayed 12 weeks each, and the management covered up two questionable situations involving the behavior of two staff members with the residents. The first administrative staff [Lonette Bentley & Bethany] was great, but the owner's managerial decisions including telling me one thing but doing the opposite four weeks later ultimately created an environment too stressful in which to stay. Alzheimer's is difficult enough; family members need support, encouragement, and honesty. Unfortunately, these three were lacking from Rick and his team.
