The driver of the bus parks in the parking lot ,heading the wrong direction,instead of the handicap drop off area. Not only is it dangerous for the people getting off the bus,as they have to walk into oncoming traffic,but shes also blocking all the cars that are trying to pull out. This particular area has a u shaped handicap drive up for vans,busses and cars to drop off. I called the cops to report her. I gave them my pics of what the driver did.

QUESTION! My mother fell, and injured herself, at your facility, on December 19, 2017. Why did you not document the incident, when, clearly, there were witnesses? Why did you not call an ambulance, but , instead, enlist the.help of an individual to transport her to the hospital? Why did you, the following morning, deny having knowledge of the incident? -Why is there a Baphomet fountain, in the lobby, beside.the elevator? Tell the.truth, and shame the devil! He's a liar, and so are you. LION OF JUDAH!...MEOW!

Great facility & staff ! They are very friendly & hands on staff for the most part. I know a lot of good facility can go down dued to bad management & the most common ...short staff! However if the Health Care Coordinator (RH) do not learn to be professional EVEN when she think no one is watching you guys will be next or labeled! Visit my Aunt there a few months ago & was kinda disappointed
