I have a friend that resides there and he very seldom gets a bath or has clean clothes to wear. His clothes are always missing and ends up with other peoples clothes even with his name on them. They let him sit in poop and leaves him in his room 24/7 with no stimulation for his brain. They do not involve him in any activities. There is either not enough staff or they just don't care. This is considered cruelty to me. You can't pick and choose who you're going to give better care to. Places like this shoul be held to higher standards for your loved ones!!!

I toured the facility and Im impressed and comfortable knowing this is where I want my family members to reside when the time comes they need more care than Im capable of providing. Thank you to all the staff and keep up the exemplary care and service!B.H.

So, i need to let anyone who reads this... that creekside is very unique in a good way, why you ask- well- they have separate cottages to fit the residents lifestyle and also keeps it easier to manage for staff because its not 75 residents under one roof- i also personally know some of the staff there and they will always put the needs first for their residents-another note- i see the activities lady there non-stop, so that keeps the residents active and happy!! i would put my parents and loved ones here and feel good about it!! S T!
