My mom was at The Residence for about a week before she died of cancer in February 2017. All seemed fine until her wedding ring went missing although she was wearing it the day she died. The director eventually admitted to me that a report done at the time of her death was filled out 'incorrectly' that said she was wearing a ring but now claim she was not wearing a ring. Pretty awful for staff to prey on and steal from a dying person, then lead me on a wild goose chase and finally just stop answering my phone calls to try to cover up the theft.

We recently made the decision to place my mother at The Residence. I could not be happier. The atmosphere, rooms, activities, meals and personnel are superior. The management team, administrative assistant and activity director are the best. Caring, concerned and motivated on keeping our loved one happy and healthy. I highly recommend this facility for those in need of memory care.

My dad is currently at Covenant Hospice. The staff here is so wonderful. It is a wonderful facility. Highly recommended this place
