Coral Oaks

The staff at Coral Oaks has been truly amazing both before and during the COVID 19 pandemic. Their willingness to communicate with the family members of their residents has been nothing short of incredible. That kind of dedication and genuine caring is priceless!!

My Mother in Law has been an independent resident at Coral Oaks for about 4 years. Words can't express how thankful we are that she is there. Coral Oaks has the most incredible staff. Management, food servers, housekeepers, support staff, etc, are all the most pleasant, helpful, caring, patient, kind people I've ever seen. My Mother in Law truly loves each and every one of them, to me, that speaks volumes. Coral Oaks provides wonderful meals, parties, activities and church services. Since Covid-19 has become part of our daily lives I cannot say enough about Coral Oaks attention to keeping every resident safe. I was concerned going into the shut down how it would affect Mom being isolated from almost everything. Coral Oaks has made this entire experience as pleasant as it could be. Mom is in great spirits, healthy, happy and most importantly safe. Every staff member has sacrificed in their own lives happily to keep their residents as safe as they can be, that is how wonderful Coral Oaks is. If there was a 10 star button to push, we would.

Words cannot even express the gratitude my family and I have for the amazing care that Coral Oaks staff are providing to ensure the safety and health of the residents. My mother has resided on the independent living side for several years now and has always had positive things to say. Both of my aunts followed her there. And now going through COVID-19, the staff at Coral Oaks have taken exceptional measures to ensure our loved ones are safe and secure. The transparency is amazing. They are quick to provide family members with updates. The administration staff are always quick to return phone calls. They were even quick to accommodate us for a drive by birthday celebration for my mother. Thank you Coral Oaks for taking such good care of my mother and keeping all the residents safe.

I was lucky enough to visit Coral Oaks for the first time with my grandma when she was deciding on an assisted living home. What sticks out the most is how many of their employees had been there for many years! I believe a place that treats their employees well will also treat their residents/customers well. It seems like a wonderful place to work and it's definitely a wonderful place to live. My grandma is thriving and enjoys all the social activities. They're doing an excellent job with the Covid19 outbreak and are taking precautions to keep their residents safe and happy. I couldn't ask for a better place to take care of my grandma. We always enjoy visiting there when we're in town. It feels like a nice hotel when you enter the building! They really care about their residents and go above and beyond to help!

We investigated several places and this was the best for mom. They have a nice atmosphere, clean and friendly, with many staff willing to go the extra mile to help.
