What a wonderful community, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the place for my dad! Was greeted with a bright smile and offered coffee and cookies, dad was thrilled as well that he had found his new home. We moved him in right away. Corie the Community Relations Director was very professional and made us feel like this was home, she answered all of our questions. I recommend Salbal Palms to everyone who wants a small and cozy family place for their loved ones.

My mom was a resident at Sabal Palms for 6 months. Staff turn over was significant, food quality was poor but more importantly if you are placing your loved one there for peace of mind that they are adequately cared for that won't happen. Medications are often missed or miss doses. They are administered by a med tech and there us little nursing supervision. The executive director is an extremely poor manager. As a healthcare professional my concern is what happens to residents that don't have engaged family members that can recognize the issues. There are many facilities in the area to choose from. Sabal Palms may look nice, but we want quality care for our loved ones and you will not get it here.

Best Assisted Living and Memory Care community ever. Associates are all top notch. Dinning/food is amazing, nursing is very caring, Activities keep the residents busy, and the Admin staff is very helpful and respond promptly. Best Grand Opening I have ever been to. GREAT PLACE. sincerely Stella

Beautiful place, excellent food, very caring staff. Rooms are spacious, lots of activities. The director is very responsive to any concerns you may have.
